Treviango Holidays: Activity Provider Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1 By booking any service with Treviango Holidays, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1.2 These terms and conditions govern the provision of all services including, but not limited to, daily trips, tour packages, and transfers.
1.3 The company reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Bookings and Confirmations
2.1 All bookings must be confirmed in writing (via email or booking platform).
2.2 A booking is only confirmed once payment has been received in full or as per the agreed payment terms.
2.3 Clients must provide accurate and up-to-date information at the time of booking (including contact details and preferences).
3. Payment Policy
3.1 Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Payment methods accepted include credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.
3.3 Any additional services or activities requested after the booking confirmation may incur extra charges, payable prior to the activity.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1 Cancellations made by the client:
•For cancellations more than 7 days prior to the activity: Full refund.
•For cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the activity: 50% refund.
•For cancellations within 48 hours of the activity or no-shows: No refund.
4.2 Cancellations made by Treviango Holidays:
•If Treviango Holidays cancels any service due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, government restrictions), a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
5. Amendments to Bookings
5.1 Requests for changes to a confirmed booking must be made in writing and are subject to availability.
5.2 Treviango Holidays reserves the right to charge a modification fee for any changes made to bookings.
5.3 Changes within 48 hours of the service date may not be accommodated and are subject to full payment of the original booking.
6. Travel Documentation
6.1 Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents, visas, and identification required for the services booked.
6.2 Treviango Holidays is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or invalid travel documentation.
7. Transfers and Transportation
7.1 For transfer services, clients must provide correct arrival or departure details (flight number, time, etc.).
7.2 Clients are responsible for being punctual. Drivers will wait up to 60 minutes after the scheduled arrival time. After this, the service will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
7.3 Treviango Holidays will ensure that all transportation vehicles meet safety and comfort standards, but is not responsible for delays caused by third-party providers (airlines, traffic, etc.).
8. Tour Packages and Daily Trips
8.1 Itineraries for daily trips and tour packages are subject to change based on weather conditions, local circumstances, or operational needs.
8.2 Treviango Holidays will provide professional guides for tours, but changes to guides may occur based on availability.
8.3 Entry fees to attractions, meals, and other inclusions will be clearly stated in the package details. Any additional services not included in the package will be the client’s responsibility.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 Clients are responsible for informing Treviango Holidays of any health conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.
9.2 Treviango Holidays is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or illnesses that may occur during trips or transfers.
9.3 Clients must follow safety guidelines provided by guides, drivers, and activity providers.
10. Liability
10.1 Treviango Holidays acts as an intermediary for suppliers (guides, hotels, transport services) and is not liable for any losses, injuries, damages, or delays caused by third-party providers.
10.2 Treviango Holidays is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property during activities, transfers, or tours.
11. Force Majeure
11.1 Treviango Holidays shall not be held liable for any cancellation or delay caused by events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, civil disturbances, or government restrictions.
12. Governing Law
12.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
13. Complaints and Feedback
13.1 In case of any dissatisfaction with our services, clients must inform Treviango Holidays immediately to resolve the issue on-site if possible.
13.2 All complaints must be submitted in writing within 7 days of completing the service. Treviango Holidays will respond within 14 days.
